Commission of Small Island States
Handling of funding for a committee of 14 legal experts to represent the Commission of Small Island States on Climate Change and International Law (COSIS-CCIL) filing a case before the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) regarding greenhouse gas emissions. This COSIS Fund is in memory of Professor Alan Boyle, a distinguished expert of the COSIS legal team.
