Michelle Logan

Digital Content Manager & D.E.I.J. Steering Committee Chair

Michelle Logan is the Digital Content Manager at The Ocean Foundation, specializing in marketing and communications. Prior to her role at The Ocean Foundation, Michelle was the Creative Manager for the Washington, D.C. office at Public Relations firm Golin — where she worked with clients such as the Centers for Disease Control, National Asphalt Pavement Association, American Public Transportation Association, and Auto Care Association. She was also Covington & Burling LLP‘s graphic and web designer.

Michelle was inspired to make a difference since volunteering at the Maryland Science Center as a Kids Room on-floor educator. Since then, she has been focusing her career and hobbies on doing just that. While she’s not obsessing with typography and Pantone colors, Michelle enjoys hiking with her dog, watching documentaries, and binging New Girl and The Good Place on repeat.

Michelle Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Media Arts and Design: Integrated Advertising and Corporate Communications. She also holds a minor in Writing, Rhetoric and Technical Communication. Michelle has 10 years of experience telling organizations’ stories through writing, graphic design, presentation design, website creation, and video production.
