The Ocean Foundation is working with the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to cooperate on international and national scientific efforts to advance research, conservation and our understanding of the global ocean. NOAA’s mission is: To understand and predict changes in climate, weather, the ocean, and coasts, to share that knowledge and information with others, and to conserve and manage coastal and marine ecosystems and resources.
