The Ocean Foundation (TOF) (www.oceandn.org) is interested in receiving proposals for graphic design and layout services with a professional communications individual or firm.

October 4, 2023 – November 15, 2023

Scope of Work

Graphic design and layout of The Ocean Foundation’s Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Report.

Provided in PDF pages and spread format, similar to this example from 2022 (no hard copy print runs will be done), to be posted to organization’s website by in-house staff. All final copy will be drafted and provided by The Ocean Foundation at start date. All photo images to be provided by The Ocean Foundation at start date; no sourcing and purchasing of stock images will be included.

• Review and consolidated edits back from The Ocean Foundation: October 27, 2023
• Final draft designed version: November 10, 2023

Remuneration

Services will be paid in one sum following receipt of approved final deliverables.

Please include:

• A written proposal describing in detail your interpretation and definition of the specific services in the above Scope of Work;
• Three (3) work samples of similar work done specifically for an interactive digital format;
• Hourly rate and bios of all staff who may be providing services; and
• Three (3) client references who can speak to receiving similar services by your firm. Per project rates are welcome as well or as an alternative.
